Marc Mysterio sent out a statement about filing suit for the unauthorized use of the track he wrote and produced for Samantha Fox in 2009 which brought the star back into the spotlight. The song contains the same verse and pre chorus as Samantha's song yet sub substitues 'Tomorrow is another day' for 'take me to the promise land'.
