(Loudwire) Staind sold 47,000 copies of their self-titled seventh album to debut at No. 5 on this week's Billboard 200 albums chart. Staind's last album, 2008′s 'The Illusion of Progress,' moved just more than 90,000 copies in its opening week to land at No. 3 on the tally.
In other chart action, Dream Theater's 'A Dramatic Turn of Events' bows at No. 8 on the tally on the backs of 36,000 units sold. Their 2009 release, 'Black Clouds & Silver Linings,' sold 40,000 in its first week to also debut in the top 10. See what other hard rockin' releases debuted in the Top 20
