(Gibson) Post-grunge is certainly not dead, at least according to sales figures regarding Staind's new album. Aaron Lewis and the guys released their seventh studio album this week (Sept. 13), and according to a one-day sales report of the Atlantic Records release (via Blabbermouth) the self-titled album is expected to sell between 40,000 and 45,000 copies in the United States in its debut week.
In addition to the new album, Staind have released a one-hour documentary on YouTube that chronicles the turbulent recording process for the album and the painstaking hard work that went on behind the scenes. Watch the documentary here
