(Rock News Desk) Dave Mustaine fronted Megadeth for the Big 4 concert in New York last night but admitted he was facing surgery on his neck after sustaining an injury during a recent tour.Rumours had been rife that Megadeth might miss the last scheduled appearance of the touring event which has seen them sharing a stage with genre mates Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax since last year.
It had been said the guitarist and singer spent the last few days in hospital, suffering from pain in his shoulder following an incident on the recent Mayhem Festival US tour. more on this story
