(RockAAA) Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser admits he is fiercely proud of the band's history but he insists he is solely focussed on the present with him stressing he is 'not a slave to the past.'Kisser made the statement in an interview with Live Metal when asked whether he would welcome a reunion with his former band mates the Cavalera brothers, Max and Igor. When asked if the offer of a one-off reunion show with the classic line-up came up what would be the one most important thing which would prevent it Kisser explained: "I don't know. I don't like to think about that. I think that's kind of ridiculous.
"We can portray any kind of situation and give an opinion. It just makes no sense to me to try and picture something like that. It is what it is, and I've always enjoyed being in music. I don't want to be a slave of something that's not there anymore. I'm not a slave of my past. I respect my past, but I'm here now." more on this story
