(RockAAA) Seether bassist Dale Stewart says that each of the band's albums is a snapshot of where they are musically and emotionally in time and they change and grow with each record.The band's fifth studio album hit stores earlier this year with the album cover for 'Holding Onto Strings' catching the eye due to Mark Kostabi's design. And Stewart says he was desperate to get Kostabi on board after being wowed by the artists work on Guns N' Roses' double 'Use Your Illusion' albums in the early 1990s.
"Yes, I think it is (album is different to previous efforts). I think each album we do is different and a little bit unique. You are always changing as people, as a band and as musicians," Stewart told Muen Magazine. "I think the songs you write at a specific point in time reflect that. Each album we do is almost like a snapshot of the band at that point in time. I think it is a little bit different, but I also think it follows the Seether evolution if you will." more on this story
