(Banana 101.5) Eagles of Death Metal frontman Jesse "Boots Electric" Hughes takes you behind the scenes at a Queens of the Stone Age show for a look at things from the viewpoint of the unsung hero of live rock and roll, the roadie.The video begins with Boots giving you a tour of his home before speeding off to the legendary Wiltern in Los Angeles where Queens of the Stone Age take the stage. Boots then narrates the mini-doc and takes a look at the man turning the knobs behind the scenes, QOTSA's sound guy extraordinaire — Patrick "Hutch" Hutchinson.
The footage is from the final show of the band's tour in support of their self-titled re-release, which took place on April 12th, 2011. Check it out here
