(Rock News Desk) Dave Davies says a Kinks reunion couldn't last more than an hour – because he couldn't put up with his brother Ray for any longer. And he says he tries not to think about the band he spent 32 years with.A regathering has been on and off in recent years with both brothers moving towards and away from the idea. But now Dave says he couldn't consider getting back together because he'd be forced into a second-fiddle position.
"I thought what we were doing in the Kinks was collaborative. But Ray uses different words to me. He would talk about me as his muse," He tells the Telegraph. "So I'm important to be in his life, but only as a support for what he's doing. That's a pretty hard pill to swallow." more on this story
