Mute sent over word that Big Deal is set to release the Big Deal EP this fall on October 25th. The four song digital EP will feature the first single, "Chair" and the song "Locked Up", two tracks from their upcoming debut album Lights Out (out January 24, 2012), plus a new exclusive song called, "Mai Joy", and "13", a Big Star cover.
Co-produced by Underwood and Dean Reid, Lights Out emerges from its bedroom beginnings as a collection of 12 deeply personal songs with universal appeal, innately tapping into the innocence, insecurity, wonder and (sometimes unrequited) love and lust of relationships.
