(TMZ) The prosecutor in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case will ask Judge Michael Pastor to sentence the doctor to the maximum -- 4 years in State Prison ... TMZ has learned.The D.A. just filed legal docs with the judge for the sentencing today. As we have already told you ... even if Murray gets 4 years, he will not spend a single day in prison because of a new California law.
He will go to L.A. County Jail, where a 4-year sentence would be whittled down to 2 years. And, on top of that, Murray would be eligible for house arrest.
