Disturbed's Future Unclear was a top 11 story of 2011 for July. Here is the recap: (Rock News Desk) Dan Donegan insists Disturbed have not made any decision on whether to split or go on indefinite hiatus, despite the rumours flying around about their future. He does admit they have no further plans after their current tour comes to an end – but says that doesn't mean there won't be any plans. And he suggests things have changed as the members have got older and started their own families, meaning the band is in previously uncharted waters in terms of their careers.
"What it comes down to is ever since the start we're always had a gameplan of what comes next after each thing. This time around we just haven't got to those discussions yet," Donegan tells The Eagle Rocks. "So I don't have a clear answer because I'm not sure where everybody's heads are at. I think we're not ready to sit down and have the discussion of when we want to get back together, or if we're going to." - more on this story
