American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert is facing a lawsuit from a record company he reportedly had a deal with prior to appearing on Idol. According to Billboard, Colwel Platinum Entertainment has been marketing an album called "Beg For Mercy," which features recordings Lambert made prior to participating in Idol.
