(Gibson) Reunited U.K. group Pulp are re-learning their old songs by watching YouTube covers, or so the band's website cheekily proclaims.Guitarist Mark Webber told The Times, "Worse than someone doing a bad cover version is someone murdering their own songs years later. We hope to avoid that pitfall." No word yet on whether the band will be actually covering the covers or just using them as inspiration, but the latter is probably the safer bet.
The band are playing their cards close to their collective chest ahead of a spate of reunion shows, including at the Wireless, T in the Park, Reading and Leeds festivals. "We're not talking about what we're doing until we've done it in front of people," Webber said. "It's better to do something rather than talk about it." more on this story
