Nirvana Exhibit Coming

(Gibson) A new exhibition, Nirvana: Taking Punk to the Masses, opens in Seattle in April.Memorabilia on display includes a cardigan worn by Kurt Cobain, handwritten lyrics and more than 200 other band artifacts. According to NME.com, the exhibition will run from April 16-22 at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. Bassist Krist Novoselic said: "It's great that there will soon be a collection that celebrates [Cobain's] contribution to music and culture. There's a story with Nirvana at its center, but it's a story that also includes the many people, bands and institutions that make up a music community." more on this story
