(Rock AAA) Alter Bridge duo Mark Tremonti and Myles Kennedy have scooped top place on a recent poll to find the greatest guitar solo in history over at musicradar.The poll hosted by Guitarist Magazine took nominations from readers and whittled them down to the most popular twenty before asking for public votes. Tremonti and Kennedy were understandably blown away by the results, but Kennedy was modest as ever: "Thank you! Really honoured to have even been included among such iconic solos. A little uncomfortable with the idea that it was voted the 'best'. I don't necessarily agree that our solo deserves that title – at least my half" more on this story
