The Big Four of Thrash To Play Six Shows in Europe

(Gibson) The legends of thrash will be gracing Europe with an additional summer performance. Metallica.com has announced that the final date on The Big Four's European slate will take place July 3 in Gothenburg, Sweden.It is the first Scandinavian appearance for The Big Four – Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, March 7 at 9 a.m. (local time). For those keeping track, this marks the sixth Big Four date for 2011 and the fifth in Europe. more on this story
