(CSA) Leading up to the launch of their debut album When Fish Ride Bicycles on Green Label Sound this July, The Cool Kids have released their second single "Swimsuits" featuring Mayer Hawthorne. Produced by Chuck Inglish himself, the Summer-ready track is available on iTunes now (via Green Label Sound).
"Swimsuits" offers a small taste of what is to be expected from the full-length album, which includes collaborations with Ghostface Killah, Bun B, Asher Roth, Travis Barker, and more. With additional production from Pharrell Williams on "Summer Jam" featuring Maxine Ashley, When Fish Ride Bicycles is the band's most diverse work to date.
On the heels of #WhenFishRideBicycles becoming a global trending topic on Twitter, The Cool Kids will head out on a national promo tour including a performance at the Dew Tour stop in Ocean City, Maryland on July 23rd, stay tuned for announcement of additional dates.
Back in August of 2008, Mountain Dew launched their record label, Green Label Sound, by releasing an exclusive single, "Delivery Man" by The Cool Kids. Two and a half years later, When Fish Ride Bicycles will be the first full-length release for Green Label Sound via the iTunes Music Store.
