Vh1 Classic are helping viewers gear up for the return of Pop Up Video with three marathons of the famed series this summer. Here is what they had to say:This summer, fall in love all over again with one of the most adored series of all time, "Pop Up Video." VH1 Classic will air three marathons of the iconic series Sunday, June 19 at 3:00 PM ET/PT, Saturday, July 16 at 2:00 PM ET/PT and Saturday, August 13 at 2:00 PM ET/PT. The series is set to return to VH1 with new episodes in the Fall of 2011.
Viewers can take a nostalgic look back at the series that has a special place in everyone's heart during VH1 Classic's "Pop Up Video" marathon. "Pop Up Video," is a timeless show that ranks among the most iconic series in television history. During the VH1 Classic marathon, viewers will have the opportunity to sing along and learn about videos from the 80's and 90's and gain insight and details about featured artists including, Madonna, Prince, Elton John, Rod Stewart and more. All marathons will feature a variety of genres of music – from movie theme songs and dance songs to hard rock and strictly 80's.
