(Rock News Desk) Ozzy Osbourne's son Jack says he has great respect for the new man the Prince of Darkness has become – but it took a massive fight to set him on the road to improvement.The former Black Sabbath singer was finally persuaded to stop drinking five years ago when Jack confronted him about his bad parenting. And now the moviemaker wants the world to understand his father isn't the "bumbling messed-up character" the world thinks he is.
Osbourne Jr, one of Ozzy's three children, tells the BBC: "I told him, 'You claim you're this great guy, which you're not. We, as kids, have never had to go without or want for anything. But we need a dad.'
"I think that's what rang a bell with him. That was the inspiration he needed – and he's been sober and clean for five years now." more on this story
