(Gibson) The past year has seen a slew of rumors pertaining to a Beach Boys reunion since the band celebrate their 50th anniversary next year. Surviving original Beach Boys Mike Love, Brian Wilson and Al Jardine have talked about reforming. Last month Wilson told BBC 6 Music about his reunion thoughts: "Nothing's really holding me back. I just don't know if I want to be around those guys, you know. They're zany guys. They're crazy."
But now Brian Wilson has scuppered any plans according to Music-news.com. Talking to the Village Voice about a Beach Boys reunion, Wilson said: "I don't know anything about that. I don't really have a relationship with the other members right now, and I'm not really interested in them." more on this story
