Following jams featuring three of the Big 4 at their first two European shows, Wednesday night's jam in Milan, Italy included members of all four metal titans: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax taking on the Misfits classic "Die, Die My Darling"."There's some extra gear on stage, extra amps" said Metallica's James Hetfield in setting up the jam.
