New Anthrax Album Almost Done was a top story in December. Here it is again as we recap 2010: (Gibson) Thrash legends Anthrax are nearly done recording their new album, the band's first since 2003's We've Come For You All. Tentatively titled Worship Music, it will be the first Anthrax album with frontman Joey Belladonna since 1990. It's the group's ninth studio album overall."We're almost ready to go," guitarist Scott Ian told Artisan News Service. "Eight things are recorded and we've only got to go back and re-record two or three things. And Joey's singing on all of it." Belladonna is the second guy to provide vocals for Worship Music. Former Anthrax singer Dan Nelson originally did work on the album. The release should be out next year and reportedly includes covers of Alice in Chains' "We Die Young" and Refused's "New Noise," according to NME.com. - more on this story
