Here it is again as we recap 2010: (Submitted) The breach of contract law suit involving Dancing With The Stars Brandy Norwood and Plaintiff Marc Mysterio -- whom had been paid $10,000 side artist fee to feature on Shout It Out, but never sent the vocals – returned to the Los Angeles Superior Court (Case No. BC444077) for the Central District yesterday.Today, The Superior Court for LA County, Central District in Marc Mysterio v Brandy Norwood, et al denied Norwood's motion to dismiss the law suit ordering that the case is to move forward, and the defendants stand trial by jury.
