RCA sent over word that New Politics will be hitting the road this spring with The Dirty Heads. Kicking off March 4th in Sacramento, CA, they will criss-cross the country and wrap up in San Francisco on May 8th.
Their current single "Dignity" off their 2010 self-titled debut album (RCA Records) is making waves on the Rock charts and their first single, the effusive "Yeah Yeah Yeah" is currently featured on the Dell television campaign.
MTV has officially added "Dignity" and named New Politics as one of their "2011 Artists To Watch". In the upcoming weeks "Dignity" will be featured in Artist to Watch countdowns across MTV AMTV, MTV2, mtvU, and MTV Hits.
In addition, they are currently featured in an Artists To Watch PUSH campaign and and will be the focus of their own MTV PUSH CAMPAIGN which begins on January 24th.
New Politics are also MTV's "Posted" artist for the entire month of January. "Posted" is an on-line interactive campaign which will feature New Politics content on their own page on MTV.com for the entire month.
