Slash Joins Ozzy At Sunset Strip Event

(Gibson) On Monday afternoon, the Sunset Strip got a visit from the Prince of Darkness. Ozzy Osbourne visited the Strip's Guitartown and signed a one-of-a-kind, 10-foot-tall fiberglass Gibson Les Paul in front of the House of Blues. The Ozzy guitar joins an impressive array of 25 giant Gibsons on Sunset Strip, honoring the rock stars, people and places that have made it such a legendary locale. The signing also marked the launch of the second leg of Ozzy's U.S. arena tour, which includes a Los Angeles area performance at the Gibson Amphitheatre on February 1. Osbourne's longtime friend and occasional collaborator Slash, who will open that evening's concert, was also on-hand at the signing. Check out photos here
