(Gibson) It seems that The Rolling Stones still remember when they used to put out a new "45" (slang for a single). The band have announced plans for a new box set that will compile all 45 of their 45s that originally were released between 1971 and 2006. The whole thing will be available April 11 in the U.K. (international dates have yet to be revealed).Each single will get its own CD (running from "Brown Sugar" through "Mixed Emotions" to "Biggest Mistake"), along with rare B-sides, live versions and remixes. The result is 173 different tracks spread out over the set. A whopping 80 of them are currently unavailable. The set comes housed in a pink box that bares the band's famous lips logo and features a 32-page, hardback book with photos, essays and an interview with bassist Bill Wyman. The set will also be available as a digital download. As a tie-in, a vinyl 7" pressing of "Brown Sugar" will be released for Record Store Day on April 16.
