Bloodshot Records sent over this big news for Justin Townes Earle fans. Earle will support recent Billboard chart-toppers The Decemberists on their April tour including stops in Atlanta, Columbus, and at New Orleans' historic Jazz Fest. The announcement follows an already landmark year for the young artist who recently completed a run of sold-out shows in the United Kingdom and made his network television debut on The Late Show with David Letterman.
Earle's third full-length album Harlem River Blues debuted at #47 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and has received critical praise since.
Harlem River Blues was recorded at the House of David studio in Nashville, TN, produced by Earle and Skylar Wilson, and features guest appearances from Jason Isbell, Bryn Davies (Patty Griffin, Guy Clark), Calexico's Paul Niehaus, and Old Crow Medicine Show's Ketch Secor.
