Fleet Foxes Announce New Album and Tour

(Gibson) Fleet Foxes have announced the follow-up to their 2008 debut album. The Seattle-based group will release Helplessness Blues on May 3 via Sub Pop. The title track, which indicates that the sophomore record will feature more delicate harmonies and austere instrumentation, is being offered as a free download on SubPop.com. Fleet Foxes have also announced a short North American tour this spring. The 15-date trek begins April 30 in Vancouver, Canada. more on this story
