(Rock News Desk) Nevermore frontman Warrel Dane has revealed he discovered Jeff Loomis and Van Williams had quit the band online. And while he doesn't miss drummer Williams at all, he's upset over what he sees as a betrayal of friendship by guitarist Loomis.The pair announced their departure in April and Dane says he only heard about the move after they'd released their statements.
"I didn't know they were quitting till I read about it – and that's not the way you treat your friends. It was really sh*tty. We could have talked," Dane tells Rock Overdose. "I couldn't give a sh*t about out drummer because we never got along anyway. But Jeff was one of my best friends.
"I'm still very upset about the way it happened. It's like going through a really painful divorce." more on this story
