(Rock News Desk) Former Red Hot Chilli Peppers guitarist John Frusciante has taken legal action against a fan he says had become obsessive, and admits: "I feel like I'm being stalked."In court paper filed this week he's explained how 32-year-old August Elizabeth Thomas first met him to ask about writing a screenplay of his life.
He said no – and soon afterwards she began bombarding him with emails and messaged, and appeared outside his home twice in the same day. The situation came to a head when Thomas began turning up at concerts given by his wife, musician Nicole Turley, trying to persuade her to discuss the screenplay. more on this story
