Singer Owns Unusual Elvis Presley Memorabilia

.
(Gibson) Former Catatonia singer Cerys Matthews has revealed that she owns an unusual piece of Elvis Presley memorabilia. According to the Daily Express, the singer owns some wood from the recording studio in Nashville where Elvis recorded many of his hits. Matthews told the Telegraph magazine: "I have a piece of a gobo from the RCA studio in Nashville where Elvis Presley recorded. It is covered in Elvis' spit. A gobo is a panel about seven or eight feet tall, sometimes with a window in it, which acts as a sound barrier in a recording studio. It separates the noise of different musicians, and prevents too much spillage down the microphones." more on this story
