(Rock News Desk) The Ghost of a Thousand have split, saying "real life got in the way" after seven years.The Brighton five-piece had been the subject of rumour for some time following some extended silences, but have now revealed their sold-out London show on January 7 was their last. In a statement entitled End of the Road the band says: "After nearly seven years of being a band we have decided to call it a day. "It's been increasingly difficult to commit ourselves to being a touring band, and unfortunately 'real life' has finally got the better of us. more on this story
