Harmonious bec is the Japanese duo ZaMaRoo and From Vapor to Water, covert composers of intriguing, eclectic electronica. The group's debut album, "Her Strange Dreams", is scheduled to be released November 16, 2010 on Monotreme Records.The songs on "Her Strange Dreams" have everything from the ominous ambience of a dream world, the relentless techno groove of an urban nightscape, jazzy piano, staccato cut-up hip-hop, and ethereal female vocals to exploding artillery, playful upbeat bleepery, and hyperactive R.E.M. states - all while Japanese themes/traditional instrumentation weave in and out. Think of musicians like DJ Shadow, Boards of Canada, Múm, The Books, FourTet, and Radiohead. Guest artists on the album include Mizube and 1968.
