Senses Fail will be offering up different bonuses for fans that purchase their new album The Fire (which hits stores on 10/26th) digitally and physically. The band announced that the first pressing of the album will also contain a limited edition live concert film on DVD. The seven-camera HD shoot was filmed on October 31, 2009 when the NJ-based band headlined a hometown Halloween show at Starland Ballroom where they were joined by guitarist Heath Saraceno who had recently left the band. The DVD features over 90 minutes of live footage and interviews with the band and was directed by Adam Rothlein (My Chemical Romance, The Get Up Kids, Ben Folds). When the first pressing runs out, subsequent physical copies of the album will contain the CD only. Senses Fail will also be adding a bonus track entitled "Ghost Town" to the iTunes digital version of The Fire that will not be available on any physical copies. "We never got to have a proper goodbye for Heath and his last show was very unceremonious, so it was great to have him back for this show and on this DVD," said singer Buddy Nielsen. "This is our first live DVD and I think we did a killer job. I think everyone will like the song selection." Senses Fail and Bayside recently announced co-headlining dates for the Atticus Black Presents: Out With The In Crowd Tour that begins October 19 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and includes stops across the U.S. and Canada.
