The Dave Matthews Band announced that they have been Pinged. Here you go: iTunes introduced its own music-oriented social network called Ping last week week which features Dave Matthews Band as one of the launch artists. Ping allows you to follow your favorite artists and friends to discover what music they're talking about, listening to and downloading. iTunes Ping offers you the ability to post your thoughts and opinions, favorite albums and songs and share the music you've downloaded from iTunes. Through Ping you can also view concert listing and let your friends know which concerts you plan to attend. - more on this story
