(hennemusic) Rush ranks no 1 on Billboard's "Hot Tours" chart, based on ticket sales from the band's "Time Machine Tour" in North American venues.The Billboard chart reports that Rush dates from August through October sold more than 270,000 tickets, with a gross of $18,989,834. The top gross among the reported concerts came from a two-performance engagement at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo. The Denver-area outdoor venue sold more than 16,000 tickets for both Rush shows (Aug. 16, 18) grossing just over $1.5 million. - more on this story
