(Gibson) Trivium will begin recording their new CD for Roadrunner Records on December 1 at Audio Hammer Studios in Sanford, Florida.Trivium's vocalist/guitarist Matt Heafy and bass player Paolo Gregoletto have been keeping fans updated on the demoing and pre-production process via Twitter for the past few months. Gregoletto says the band are currently finishing up the preproduction process with producer Jason Suecof (Chimaira, DevilDriver, God Forbid) at Audio Hammer before handing the reins over to Richardson and Ford for the finished product. Suecof produced Trivium's Ascendancy (2005) and The Crusade (2006) albums. Heafy has also confirmed this weekend that a DVD documentary is being made of the recording process. - more on this story
