Paul McCartney Writes Imprisoned George Michael To Keep the Faith

(Gibson) The Sun newspaper reports that the imprisoned George Michael was delighted to receive a handwritten letter from Sir Paul McCartney. The "Faith" singer is serving an eight-week sentence after crashing his car into a high street store.A source told The Sun, "He got the letter on Monday and was really chuffed. Sir Paul said he would see him soon and told George to keep his chin up. The letter was two pages long and George read it over and over again." One of the world's most successful artists of all time, Michael has sold in excess of 100 million records worldwide including seven U.K. #1 singles, seven U.K. #1 albums, eight U.S. #1 singles and one U.S. #1 album. -
