Little Steven Van Zandt Announces Wicked Cool Releases

Wicked Cool Records has unveiled a slate of releases and tour dates from its bands this fall. Lead by Chairman and Founder Little Steven Van Zandt, Wicked Cool will unleash four 7" singles from The Breakers, The Woggles, The Len Price 3, and The Launderettes. Keeping in Wicked Cool's tradition of rewarding the vinyl fans, each 7" will include an exclusive B-Side. Van Zandt is currently producing the album from The Breakers (Copenhagen, DK), and he's co-written several songs with the band as well. The album was recorded in NYC earlier in the year, and will be out in February 2011. The new digital single, "Riot Act," is already available online (http://mysp.ac/a2aLWw), along with a short promo video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QM1owp1iS2k). In addition, The Contrast, from Peterborough, UK, will premiere new videos in the fall for "I Am Alien" and "Take Me Apart." The Woggles (Athens, GA) will hit the road for an autumn tour that includes dates with Southern Culture on the Skids.
