(Gibson) Jarvis Cocker is going to try his hand in the classical music world, as narrator of Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf.The Daily Mirror reports that the Pulp frontman will work with the Philharmonia Orchestra at London's Royal Festival Hall on December 29 and 30. Cocker told the Daily Mirror, "I love telling stories and this one has the added bonus of having a fantastic musical accompaniment. I'm also honored to be following in the footsteps of such luminaries as David Bowie, Sean Connery and Dame Edna Everage by narrating this classic tale for young and old." - more on this story
