(hennemusic) It's a Thursday night. You're enjoying a beverage in your local tavern, listening to a local band doin' their thing. Nothing special, right? Time and place. That's what it's all about, sometimes.Ask the folks at Woody's Roadside Tavern in Farmingdale, New Jersey, and they'll tell ya how quickly things can change. Local band Timepiece are working through their set at Woody's last Thursday when the one, and only, Bruce Springsteen pops up on stage and joins them for the Wilson Pickett classic, "Mustang Sally." It's actually no coincidence this happened – there is a connection here: Springsteen's brother-in-law, Mike Scialfa, is a member of Timepiece. - More including video here!
