Today Polydor/Ume released Eric Clapton's 461 Ocean Boulevard Rarities Edition" which was original released as part of the two disc Deluxe Edition. Here is the blurb:The 1974 tour for Clapton's second solo album, 461 Ocean Boulevard, considered a crucial milestone in his much revered catalog, featured members of that album's band, an ensemble that would serve as his backing group for five years. This Rarities Edition compiles the best of a triumphant two-night stand at London's Hammersmith Odeon in December 1974. While tapping "I Shot The Sheriff" and "Let It Grow" from the album, the concert also showcases Cream and Derek & The Dominos chestnuts, a bittersweet rendition of Charlie Chaplin's "Smile" and an extended blues medley. Added exclusively for this album are a session outtake and three previously unreleased studio recordings.
