Its video, directed by Melina and Ciara, is in steady rotation at MTV Jams, MTV Hits, VH1 Soul and BET.
The album marks Ciara's return to her signature style of uptempo dance grooves. "Now it's time to go back, it's time to throw on my sneakers, it's time to just really get bossy for a couple of seconds," said Ciara.
