Styx will headline a Tour for the Troops concert this July 4th at the CenturyTel Arena in Bossier City, Louisiana. The event organized by the U.S. Air Force Reserve will be emceed by Billy Bretherton from the hit A&E television show Billy the ExterminatorTo celebrate Independence Day and honor the men and women serving our nation at home and overseas, the Air Force Reserve is offering this concert free for all members of the Armed Forces and their immediate families. The Air Force Reserve is proud to bring this event to the men and women stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Fort Polk Army Base, and other surrounding installations.
Styx originated out of Chicago and is comprised of Tommy Shaw, James "JY" Young, Lawrence Gowan, Chuck Panozzo, Todd Sucherman, and Ricky Phillips.
