.
Ke$ha will premiere the video for her 3rd single "Your Love Is My Drug" across the VEVO Network, which includes VEVO.com and VEVO on YouTube, on Thursday, May 13th at 12:01am. The "Your Love Is My Drug" premiere follows recent VEVO exclusives featuring Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga and Beyoncι, John Mayer, Timbaland and Justin Timberlake, The Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Bon Jovi, and AC/DC. VEVO is the web's number one music video and entertainment service with 43 million unique visitors each month in the U.S. Directed by Honey and filmed last month near Joshua Tree in the California desert (incidentally in the area where antiMusic is based but we never caught sight of her), the video features both live action and animation. The video shows Ke$ha frolicking through the sand, riding an elephant, and dancing with a python while covered from head to toe in glow in the dark paint. Last week Ke$ha, a Nashville native, announced she would be performing at a flood benefit concert on June 16th at Limelight in Nashville, which is located at 201 Woodland Street. Tickets are currently on sale and are available starting at $30 at http://bit.ly/Kesha4Nashville. Ke$ha, who hits the road with Rihanna for a nationwide tour starting July 2nd, released her debut album Animal (RCA Records / Kemosabe Entertainment) in January 2010 where it entered at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart as well as the Digital Albums chart. Animal has scanned over 600k units and has been in the Top 20 albums every week since release in January. Ke$ha has sold over 8.5 million tracks and ringtones in the U.S. alone.
