Meat Loaf is scheduled to appear on QVC Today (May 4) at 12 PM (ET) during the multimedia retailer's QCheck broadcast. During the show, Meat Loaf is scheduled to perform his brand new song "Los Angeloser" from his much-anticipated forthcoming album, Hang Cool Teddy Bear, due to hit retail on May 11. He will also perform his biggest crowd pleaser, the classic and definitive anthem, "Paradise by the Dashboard Light." In addition to performing, Meat Loaf will also offer viewers the opportunity to purchase Hang Cool Teddy Bear, which has been specially packaged for QVC with a bonus disc of classic live material, one week before its street date. "Hang Cool Teddy Bear is the most important record of my life," Meat Loaf said, his pride in his latest musical creation totally evident. He continued, "This will be the first live performance of any song from this album in the world. I'm excited to be able to share this extraordinary moment with QVC and reach direct into the homes of all my fans." Hang Cool Teddy Bear was produced by Rob Cavallo, who has worked with the likes of Dave Matthews, Kid Rock, My Chemical Romance and Paramore, and features a stellar array of big-name guests, including Steve Vai, former Queen guitarist Brian May, American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, actor/comedian/musician Jack Black and House star Hugh Laurie. Despite the jaw-dropping guest list, the album is truly Meat Loaf in all his glory: big, dramatic rock 'n' roll that will appeal to fans of all ages. It's truly a timeless yet modern representation of the man and his voice. Hang Cool Teddy Bear will be released by Roadrunner/Loud & Proud Records.
