Sick Of It All have returned with an absolutely crushing new full-length album that is going to once again redefine the genre they helped create. The group will be releasing their vicious new offering, Based On A True Story, worldwide through Century Media Records on April 20th in North America. Sick Of It All has posted a two part detailed track by track video explaining the entire new album online including audio snippets to the first seven tracks of the album, so head over to the links below to check it out.

The vicious new track, "Death or Jail," can be heard now at www.myspace.com/sickofitallny and a new video for the track was just shot with acclaimed directors Mike Pecci and Ian McFarland (Fear Factory, Meshuggah).
