A music producer and co-founder of KC and the Sunshine Band has acknowledged having sex with teenage boys, police said Wednesday. Richard R. Finch, 56, was arrested Tuesday after a boy told authorities he'd had sexual contact with him at Finch's home in Newark more

Justin Bieber's manager surrendered to police Wednesday in connection with a mall fan frenzy that sent five people to a hospital with minor injuries last year. Scott "Scooter" Braun pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless endangerment, criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child. more.
