Cali Swag District helped kick off last weekend's BET Awards by performing their hit single "Teach Me How To Dougie" at the 106 and Park pre show which aired live on BET. This is a prelude to their performance on the mega-popular Fuel TV show, The Daily Habit which airs July 2nd. Cali Swag District have created massive internet buzz and "Teach Me How To Dougie" has sparked a nationwide dance craze thanks to their viral video which had over 1 million hits on YouTube before even being signed. The dance floor-filler that the New York Times hailed as "stark, aerobic, and infectious," "Teach Me How to Dougie," has taken Cali Swag District to the next level. The group is currently performing in front of thousands across the country thanks to its emerging airplay and breaking top 10 at urban radio. The single remains in rotation at Power 106 in Los Angelesprompting the station to invite the group to perform at their massively successful "Power House" concert headlined by Snoop, Drake and Trey Songz.
