Radiohead weren't the only surprise: ASB reports that U2's Glastonbury dream was reignited on Saturday night, June 26 when The Edge joined British rockers Muse onstage for a rendition of "Where the Streets Have No Name". The Irish band was forced to scrap their Friday evening, June 25 appearance at the U.K. music festival after frontman Bono was admitted to hospital for an operation on his back last month. more

Members of the Big Four of Thrash, including Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), Lars Ulrich (Metallica), Scott Ian (Anthrax) and Kerry King (Slayer), recorded a special video tribute to the late, great heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio (Dio, Heaven & Hell, Black Sabbath, Rainbow) from the Sonisphere festival in Sofia, Bulgaria on June 22nd.
